The mask hack with the Boost is such an innovative idea! I am hooked and this is a game changer for my skin. I use the LED mask 5 days a week for 10 minutes and the treatment I use depends on how I feel on that day. I really like all the different treatment options but I think my favorite is the pulsing one. I do the mask hack with the Boost.3 weekly for 3 cycles which is an hour. It’s easy to do and you can multitask if you want as it is portable. I like to do the treatment in the evening while relaxing. I would recommend these products and the company is fantastic.
