If your item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it please contact customersupport@mojiaaustralia.com within 24 hours.
- Australian customers will be issued a return label.
- International customers will be refunded shipping costs once the item has been returned and has been inspected.
Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, all accessories, gifted, and promotional items must also be returned. Failure to do this will void replacement or refund.
Once the item has been returned it will be inspected and a replacement or refund will be issued.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
Our manufacturers warranty or return policy does not apply if purchased elsewhere.
We provide a full replacement or repair under the manufacturer warranty for twelve months from the date of purchase to Australian Domestic and *International customers. It is necessary to retain the purchase receipt as proof. If a replacement or repair is necessary, the warranty remains in line with the Original Purchase date. Our manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, modifications, misuse or any damage caused by the user which makes the device unsuitable for use.
*Warranty Replacement Policy for International Customers (Outside Australia)
Any warranty replacement items shipped to you may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and other fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are not covered under our warranty and must be paid by the recipient. We are not responsible for any such costs, delays, or additional fees imposed by customs or other authorities.
A Quick Note for Our International Customers
We’re committed to supporting you with warranty replacements. Please be aware that, in some cases, your local customs office may apply duties, taxes, or processing fees on incoming shipments. These charges are set by your country’s regulations and are outside of our control.
To help avoid unexpected costs, we suggest checking with your local customs office to see what may apply before your replacement is shipped.
Begin the Warranty Claim
There is no extended warranty period on a replacement product.
In order to begin the warranty claim process, fill out the Warranty Form to be issued with full instructions from customer service on how to return your product. All associated shipping costs for returning the product must be paid by the sender and not covered by Mojia Australia. All returns must be packed appropriately, preferably in their original box, or similar, to avoid damage whilst in transit. DO NOT fold any device such as LED Masks as this will void your warranty. We will do our best to action replacements or repairs as soon as possible, however due to periods of high demand it may take up to fourteen to twenty-eight business days (with additional processing time excluded for public holidays, national holidays including Christmas, New Year and Easter when our offices are closed). Upon acceptance of a warranty claim, the user is responsible for sending the product back to us for assessment.
The warranty is registered to the individual who purchased the order and cannot be transferred to another person. To activate the warranty, the goods must be purchased and sent by the original buyer. All associated shipping costs for returning the product to us are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All accessories such as charging cables, controllers and other items must also be returned; otherwise, missing parts which could affect the operation of your item will invalidate your warranty. If the defect is confirmed to be covered by this warranty, we will either replace your device with a new device or send it to the manufacturer for repair. If the defect is not found, we will notify you to arrange for the return of your device; the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.If you have any problems operating your device or believe there to be an issue with the function, please contact us at customersupport@mojiaaustralia.com
When purchasing from Mojia Australia, the Returns-Warranty-Orders is applicable to Section 5 in the Terms and Conditions which you agree to when you make a purchase.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, however a processing fee of 7% of the total order will be deducted from the refund. These are the charges we incur from our payment merchants.
Once your order is in the processing stage we are not able to cancel it. You can return your package within 14 days after you have received it. The package must be unopened and unused. A processing fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs (paid by the customer or Mojia Australia) will be deducted and are not refundable.
For returns please contact us for an RA number. Orders returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
When purchasing from Mojia Australia, the Returns-Warranty-Orders is applicable to Section 5 in the Terms and Conditions which you agree to when you make a purchase.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched usually within 2 – 5 business days unless otherwise stated at the checkout.
Delays may occur during peak times.
Mojia Australia uses Australia Post – Regular and Express for domestic, and Regular post for New Zealand and International customers.
Express Post refers to Australia Posts fastest parcel sending service. It does not mean your order will be dispatched priority.
We offer complimentary free shipping on orders over 150 in your chosen currency payment.
Additional Fees – Taxes, Duties, Customs for International Orders (Orders outside of Australia)
Orders are shipped from Australia via Australia Post and will arrive by your postal service.
– Import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and government‑imposed fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
– **For U.S. customers:** With the removal of the *de minimis* exemption (from August 28, 2025), shipments under USD$800 may incur a 10 tariff determined by your government in addition to any duties, taxes, and handling fees. These costs are imposed and collected by U.S. Customs, not Mojia Australia.
– If unsure of potential costs, buyers should check with their local customs authority before ordering.
– Refused shipment policy: If delivery is refused, the buyer is still responsible for all shipping charges (outbound and return), any applicable customs duties/tariffs, and a 20% restocking fee.
– By purchasing from Mojia Australia, the customer agrees to Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions (Returns–Warranty–Orders).
